Returns

UK and International Returns
If you need to return an item you have ordered from our website, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the Post Office™.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:

Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery unless faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from the local trading standard department or citizens advice bureau.

Tracking an Order

When your order is despatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery.

Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order. We’ll try and get your order sorted as soon as possible.

Payment

Security is our highest priority.
We meet or exceed the most stringent industry standards: each piece of our infrastructure and each stage of our operations are designed with security in mind.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES–256.
You can be sure your orders are being processed safely.

You can charge almost any kind of credit or debit card:

  • U.S. businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
  • Canadian, European and Australian businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
    We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

All Scatterpin orders are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorise the payment.
Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorised, it may look like Scatterpin has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

Delivery

We only ship to the UK and Ireland right now. If you are looking to place a large order from outside the UK or Ireland contact us and we can work something out.

How to place an order

You must sign into your account before you can shop with us or if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn’t recognised, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can’t remember your password click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.
  • If you enter your email address and/or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes.
  • If after this you still can’t sign in, contact help@scatterpin.com
We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot take orders by phone; all orders should be placed online.
You can browse on our website and add items to your basket without creating an account. We would recommend you create an account to make life easier for you. Once you’ve created an account, will enable you to:
